1. Introduction

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information (Name, Mobile Number, Email, Class/Exam details) during registration. Keeping your account credentials secure and confidential is solely your responsibility.

4. Course Access

Upon purchasing a course, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content. The validity of the course (e.g., 3 months, 6 months, or till exam date) will be clearly mentioned on the course page. "Lifetime Access" is not provided unless explicitly stated.

5. Payments and Pricing

All prices are listed on the platform and may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes/GST as shown at checkout. In the event of a payment gateway failure or pending payment, access will be granted only after successful realization of funds. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded.

6. Refund and Cancellation

Refunds are governed strictly by our separate Refund Policy. Because our products are digital, refunds are restricted once access to the digital content is granted.

7. Intellectual Property

All videos, PDFs, notes, tests, images, lectures, graphics, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Gyan Sala. You may not copy, record, download, resell, upload, distribute, or share this content on platforms like Telegram, WhatsApp, or YouTube.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Sharing login credentials with others.
• Screen recording or piracy of course materials.
• Reselling courses or unauthorized downloading.
• Abusive behavior or using fake accounts.
• Disturbing live classes or harassing teachers/students.

9. Suspension/Termination

Violation of any rules, especially intellectual property theft or login sharing, will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without any refund.

10. Educational Disclaimer

Gyan Sala provides educational support resources. However, we do not guarantee marks, rank, selection, admission, job, scholarship, government exam success, board result, or income. Results depend heavily on student effort, practice, and external factors.

11. Changes to Courses and Policies

Gyan Sala reserves the right to modify courses, pricing, batches, teachers, schedules, features, and policies at any time without prior notice.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Merta, Rajasthan.
