Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Digital Products

Courses, videos, PDFs, and test series offered by Gyan Sala are digital products. Because of the nature of digital goods, refunds are heavily restricted once access is activated.

2. Refund Eligible Cases

• Duplicate payment accidentally made for the same course.
• Amount deducted from bank but course was not activated.
• Wrong course assigned due to a technical error on our platform.
• Major technical issues from our end that are not resolved within a reasonable time.

3. Refund NOT Eligible Cases

• You have already accessed/watched the videos or downloaded PDFs/notes.
• You have attempted the test series or attended a live class.
• Change of mind after purchase.
• You purchased the wrong course, but the course details were clearly mentioned on the website.
• Account sharing or piracy violation led to your account suspension.
• Internet or device issues on the user's end.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the eligible criteria, you must email your refund request within 3 days of purchase to gyanshala.in@gmail.com along with your Order ID and payment screenshot. Approved refunds take 7-10 working days to process back to the original payment method.
